Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Time
Estimated delivery times:

• EU Countries: 5–14 business days

• UK: 7–14 business days

• USA & Canada: 7–90 business days

• Rest of World: 10–90 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary based on customs, carrier delays, or product availability.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of the products.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking link to update.

Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. We cannot refund or reship orders shipped to an incorrect address.

We cannot predict or control these charges.

Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery is marked as “delivered.”
If this happens, please contact your local postal service or courier.
