Returns
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

  • unused, undamaged, and in original condition

  • in its original packaging (including manuals, accessories, and cables)

  • accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Certain items such as opened filters, used thermostats, installed HVAC components, or custom orders may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or installation-related reasons.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Exchanges
We offer free exchanges for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
To start an exchange, please contact us before sending the item back.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged, faulty, or missing parts, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We may request photos or video evidence to speed up the replacement process.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:

  • product defects

  • incorrect item shipped

  • transport damage

Please do not send items back without first contacting our support team.

How to Start a Return

Include the following:

  1. Order number

  2. Reason for return

  3. Photos or video (if applicable)

Our team will guide you through the process and provide the correct return address.

Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, or installation reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • used air filters

  • installed HVAC components

  • refrigerants and chemicals

  • gift cards

  • clearance or final sale items

Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund yet, please check with your bank or payment provider.
Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
